Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar

Ingredienser

1 1/3 cups quick cooking oats

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

Vejledning

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets.

2. Cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a medium bowl.

3. Stir in entire jar contents until mixed.

4. Shape into walnut-sized balls and place on sheets.

5. Bake 11-13 minutes.
