Instant Pot Chicken

Zutaten

Chicken breasts (any amount, frozen or not)

Anweisungen

Put the trivet in the instant pot and pour in at least 1 cup water

Put chicken on the trivet

Pressure cook for 8-10 minutes (if the pieces are thicker, cook for longer. 2 inches thick definitely warrants the full 10 minutes). Add 2 extra minutes to the pressure cook time if using frozen chicken

Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release the rest

Remove chicken and shred it in stand mixer
