Quick Pickled Red Onions

2 medium red onions, peeled
1 3/4 cup Distilled white vinegar
Kosher salt
1/4 cup Water
Anweisungen
Slice the red onions thinly and stuff into the jar
Add 1/4 cup of water and a generous dash of salt to the jar.
Pour vinegar to cover the onions.
Seal the jar and shake it up, let it sit for a minute or so before you use it or store it straight up in your fridge for whenever you need it.
