Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt Bark

Zutaten

-2 cups Greek yogurt

-2 tbsp cream cheese, softened at room temperature

-1 tbsp honey

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-2 tbsp strawberry jam

-1/4 cu sliced strawberries

-2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs or biscoff cookie crumbs

Anweisungen

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the Greek yogurt, cram cheese, honey and vanilla extract and spread onto the baking sheet, leaving it about 1/2 an inch thick. (Don’t spread it too thin!) add a few dollops of strawberry jam and use a knife or chopstick to swirl it around. Add sliced strawberries and graham cracker crumbs and place in the freezer overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours. Break into bark and store in a freezer-safe bag in the freezer for up to 2 months.
