Buffalo Chicken Burrito

600 g Chicken tenderloins
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tspn Cumin
1 tspn Garlic powder
1 tspn Italian mixed herbs
100 ml Hot sauce
1 packet Microwave jasmine rice (125g cooked)
75 g Grated mozzarella
1/2 Red onion
1 Large tomato
Chopped lettuce
50 g Ranch dressing
3 Wheat tortillas
Anweisungen
Step 1
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
Step 2
Chop the chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces, then season with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and Italian mixed herbs.
Step 3
Fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
Step 4
Pour in the hot sauce, stir to coat the chicken, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 5
Microwave the jasmine rice according to packet instructions.
Step 6
Lay out the wheat tortillas and layer each with rice, mozzarella, buffalo chicken, red onion, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
Step 7
Tightly roll the burritos, folding in the sides as you go.
