    Greek Quickie Cutting Board Chopped Salad

    2 handfuls mixed greens

    1/8 green bell pepper, (sliced)

    3 cherry tomatoes, (halved)

    1/4 cup sliced pickles, (or cucumber)

    5 Kalamata olives

    3 slices red onion

    2 tiny peperonccinis (optional)

    2 oz feta cheese

    2 slices fresh cooked turkey (or chicken breast)

    2 tbs olive oil

    2 tsp red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)

    1 tsp Dijon mustard

    1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

    1/2 tsp dried oregano

    salt and pepper to taste

    Anweisungen

    Place all your ingredients on the cutting board: starting with the greens and always ending with the meat. Chop chop chop until you get your desired chopness. Transfer the salad to a large bowl and then add in the dressing ingredients and toss to coat all. Taste the salad and adjust if you want more tang from the vinegar or more sweetness from the honey, etc.
