Welcome to day 4 of my 25 days of Christmas baking series! These are my easy and delicious sugar cookie bars perfect for anyone to enjoy!

1/2 cup soft butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 tbsp powder sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Buttercream

1/2 cup soft butter

1 1/2 cups powder sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp milk

Start by preheating your oven to 375F

In a large bowl mix your butter, sugar and powder sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in your eggs and vanilla and mix again.

Once your wet ingredients are combined slowly add in your dry and mix until incorporated.

Add your batter to a lined 8x8 baking sheet and bake for 25-27 minutes.

Allow to cool completely before icing!
