    Low Calorie Secret Sauce

    ¼ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

    ¼ Cup Milk Of Choice

    ¼ Cup White Onion Finely Diced

    2 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard

    ½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

    ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

    ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder

    ¼ Teaspoon Salt

    2 Teaspoon Maple Syrup Or Honey (Adjust To Taste)

    1. Add all ingredients to a small food processor or blender and pulse/blend until smooth and well combined.

    2. Taste and adjust sweetness, salt, or seasoning as needed. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.

    3. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor. (For optimal taste, let it sit for 24 hours.)
