3 Minced Garlic Cloves

2 Tablespoon Thyme

1 Cup Red Wine (Argentinian Malbec)

2 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

½ Kg Chicken Breast
