Rosemary Pork w/ Mushrooms And Couscous

Country style pork ribs (.5lbs per serving)
20oz Baby Bella or shiitake mushrooms
2lbs Onions
Garlic
Rosemary
Half bottle or less of White wine
2 boxes Near east roasted garlic and olive oil couscous
Optional? ~~ Chicken broth/stock
Butter
Instrucciones
Sear pork on high heat then remove before cooked
Prep couscous as directed on box with fresh Rosemary
Add minced garlic, sliced onions and mushrooms to pan. Caramelize and deglaze with white wine. Finish with butter
Add pork back in and finish cooking until at temp
Notas
Used shiitake with white wine once
