    Ma’s Perfect Banana Bread

    Ingredientes

    ¾ C butter

    3 C sugar

    3 eggs

    6 bananas, ripened

    4½ C flour

    1 C walnuts, chopped (optional)

    ½ teaspoon salt

    3 teaspoons baking soda

    12 oz sour cream

    2 tablespoons vanilla

    Instrucciones

    Loafs

    1. Cream butter and sugar.

    2. Add eggs, pureed bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.

    3. Add salt, soda and flour. Mix.

    4. Add chopped nuts. (Optional)

    5. Pour into 4 greased loaf pans.

    6. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

    Cupcakes/Muffins

    1. Preheat to 325° for cupcakes/muffins.

    2. Fill slightly more 1/2 full.

    3. Bake at 325°for 20-25 min.

    Check for doneness and cook longer as needed. Watch to not over cook!
