Notas

Tofu and other less-processed soy foods like edamame and tempeh are snipt additions to your baby's diet, whether or not your family is vegetarian. Contrary to some online chatter, eating soy does not increase the level of estrogens in humans, so don't have any quaims about preparing this superfood for your baby.
