Lemon, Blueberry, Coconut Overnight Oats

Oats mixture:
30g rolled oats
10g hemp seeds
10g shredded coconut
10g chia seeds
100ml milk
Blueberry mixture:
100g frozen blueberries
1/2 lemon juiced, and pinch of zest
Punch of sugar
10g chia seeds
Yogurt:
1 individual yogurt cup. Greek. Coconut flavor
Instrucciones
Make blueberry jam:
Blueberries, lemon juice and zest, sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool and add 10g of chia seeds.
Make oats mixture:
In food processor, add oats, hemp seeds, coconut. Then add chia seeds and milk.
Add all together into jar
