Ice Cream Cone Birthday Cake

Ingredientes

1 cup oil

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 cup chocolit (hot chocolate powder)

1 container sour cream

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

20 ice cream cones

GLAZE

1/2 cup whipping cream

120 grams dark chocolate

Instrucciones

Mix dry ingredients

Beat wet ingredients

Beat all together

Place ice cream cones on tray and fill with batter

Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes

For glaze, heat whipping cream and chocolate chunks in double boiler until melted

Let comes cool and dip into glaze

Add sprinkles
