Greek Yogurt Oat Bars

These taste so good you wouldn’t believe they are gluten free, refined sugar free and made with minimal ingredients! ⁣

Perfect for breakfast or snacks on the go!⁣

3 ripe bananas ⁣

1 cup @chobani greek yogurt ⁣

1/4 cup peanut butter

2 @vitalfarms eggs⁣

1/3 cup maple syrup or honey ⁣

1 1/2 @bobsredmill cups rolled oats⁣

1 cup oat flour (you can sub for AP flour)⁣

1 1/2 tsp baking powder⁣

1/2 tsp baking soda⁣

1 tsp cinnamon ⁣

1/2 cup chocolate chips ⁣

How to:⁣

Instrucciones

Start by preheating your oven to 350F⁣

Mash your bananas in a large bowl then add in your greek yogurt and peanut butter. Sir well then add in your maple syrup and eggs. Mix well. ⁣

In a separate bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add your dry ingredients to wet and mix to combine. ⁣

Line a 9x13 baking dish and add your batter. Top with extra chocolate chips and place in the oven.

Bake on 350F for 40 minutes or until completely cooked through. ⁣
