Crispy Parmesan Broccoli Sticks

Ingredientes

4 large broccoli stalks, (peeled)

2 tbs olive oil

3 tbs grated parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, (minced)

1/2 tsp each paprika, chili powder, + onion powder, Italian herb blend

salt and pepper (to taste)

3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Dip: Lazy Tzatziki

Instrucciones

Preheat your oven to 425℉ (NO PARCHMENT PAPER)

Slice your broccoli stems into medium thin thickness long sticks.

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, 3 tbs grated parmesan, garlic and spices. Add in the broccoli sticks to coat well. Next dip each stick on one side in the freshly grated parmesan. Transfer to your baking sheet, cheese side down.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. If you 're doing this in your air fryer, go with a 400℉ temp and cook for 8 minutes.
