Favorite Meatloaf

1.5 lbs ground beef

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup bread crumbs

2 tsp seasoned salt

Sauce:

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp allspice

Ohjeet

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Shape and place in pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients and spoon on top of loaf. Continue baking for 45 more minutes. Remove from pan and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
