    4 ⅕ oz (120 gr) Hu dark chocolate (use my promo code IRYNA15 for 15%)

    3 tbsp pureed avocado

    1/4 tsp Matcha powder

    1/4 c Cacao powder

    Break chocolate bar into smaller pieces and place them in a large heat-proof bowl. Set the bowl over a pot filled with 2 inches of simmering water. Stir until chocolate has melted.

    Mash the avocado making sure to break small lumps. The best way to do this is to push scooped avocado through a fine metal strainer.

    Turn off the heat and place the bowl on a counter. Add avocado and Matcha powder and stir to combine. The mixture will harden.

    Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

    Using your hands roll the mixture into small balls and coat them with cacao powder. Enjoy!
