Mince (Equal amount to vegetables)

Parmesan rind

Tinned tomatoes

Red wine (enough to cover)

Herbs (Fresh)

  • Rosemary

  • Sage

  • Basil (optional)

Vegetables (Diced)

  • Onion (2 Parts)

  • Celery (1 part)

  • Carrot (1 part)

  • Garlic

Ohjeet

  1. Sautee the onions, carrots & celery in olive boil

  2. Once they start turning gold add your garlic

  3. Sautee until the garlic is no longer raw

  4. Add mince & let it brown

  5. Add enough red wine to cover the mince & vegetables

  6. Allow to reduce. Then add passata or italian tomato sauce.

  7. Add fresh herbs, rind & let simmer for a while.

  8. Take it out when ready
