283g enoki mushrooms
3 tbsp chilli oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp gochujaru
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp water
Garnish: sliced green onions, sesame
Instructions
Add chili oil to a pan over medium heat, then add the enoki mushrooms in a single layer. Cook for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, and water.
Flip the mushrooms and add half the mixture. Cook for 3 minutes.
Flip again and add the rest of the mixture. Cook for 3 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
