Ingrédients

  • 283g enoki mushrooms

  • 3 tbsp chilli oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp gochujaru

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Garnish: sliced green onions, sesame

Instructions

  1. Add chili oil to a pan over medium heat, then add the enoki mushrooms in a single layer. Cook for 3 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, and water.

  3. Flip the mushrooms and add half the mixture. Cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Flip again and add the rest of the mixture. Cook for 3 minutes.

  5. Transfer to a serving plate and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
