• 11 oz white chocolate chips Ghirardelli

• 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

• 1 tbsp coconut oil

• 3 c Rice Chex cereal

• 1 1/2 c salted peanuts

• 2/3 c Heath toffee bits

• flaky salt

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS

1. To a microwave safe bowl add white chocolate chips, peanut butter and coconut oil.

2. Microwave for two minutes, stir and microwave for thirty more seconds until everything is smooth and fully incorporated

3. To the melted chocolate and peanut butter add Chex, salted peanuts and Heath toffee bits. Fold everything together until evenly coated.

3. Create 1/4-1/3 cup size mounds on parchment paper.

4. Sprinkle with flaky salt and allow to harden for thirty minutes.
