Chicken Cordon Bleu

6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
6 slices of ham
6 slices of monterey jack cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Instructions
Roll each chicken breast around one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Place breast seam side down on bottom of casserole dish (you will need toothpicks to hold rolled chicken together). Pour mixture over top. Sprinkle paprika on top (optional). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour uncovered.
