INGREDIENTS:
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1(1-ounce) package dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup yellow mustard
• 24 dill pickle chips
• 2 packages of butter dinner rolls (12 rolls each)
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a deep-sided skillet, brown ground beef; drain excess fat. Stir in onion soup mix, mayonnaise, and cheese.
Slice each package of rolls in half; remove top half, leaving bottom half of rolls in foil pan.
Spread half of the meat mixture on top of roll bottoms in each pan. Place a dill chip on top of meat mixture on each slider. Top with a dollop of yellow mustard. Return tops and press lightly into place. With a knife, score the rolls. Cover rolls with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
