Clams & Mussels in a Garlic Wine Sauce

Ingrédients

8 ounce(s) chopped clams in juice

4 - garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

1 - dozen clams

1 - dozen mussels

8 ounce(s) linguini pasta

1 bunch(es) chopped flat leaf parsley

1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes

2 cup(s) white wine

2 tablespoon(s) butter

Instructions

cook pasta al dente...about 9 mins

in a large skillet, add the olive oil and crushed garlic, chopped clams with juice, the white wine, red pepper flakes...add the mussels and clams, cover 5 mins, till they open...add the drained pasta and gently toss, add the butter at the last min.

sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy.
