**MIX**
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
**BEAT**
2 large eggs
**STIR IN**
1 can (15 ounces) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Instructions
Preheated Bake to 425° F oven: Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F; bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
1. MIX sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl.
2. Beat eggs in large bowl.
3. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
4. POUR into pie shell and bake.
Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

**Whip Cream**
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
