Chicken Enchiladas (Gina Recipe)

2 lb of chicken cubed
8 oz packet of cream cheese
One package of corn tortillas
1 (15 oz) can of sweet corn (optional)
One package of Mexican cheese shredded
1 (7 oz) can of diced roasted green chilies
1 (28 oz) can of green chili sauce
Instructions
Soften cream cheese and mixed together with enchilada sauce
On the bottom of a 2 qt baking dish spray non-stick cooking spray and spread a thin layer of corn tortillas on bottom of dish.
Spread of thin layer of chicken on top of cream cheese and enchilada sauce mixture.
Spread diced green chilies on top of this along with corn and cheese
(Optional) Make additional layers of chicken, sauce, cheese, and tortillas. Final layer would be covered with cheese
Repeat previous layer
Cover with foil and put in the oven to heat up
Remove foil to melt cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour-1hr 25 minutes or 400° for 45-1 hour.
Internal temp should be at least 145°
