Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

Ingrédients

2-3 large chicken breasts, still frozen

1 can Rotel tomatoes (Original)

1 can corn, do not drain

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 package ranch seasoning mix

1 Tbsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese

Instructions

Put the chicken in the crock pot. Top with Rotel, corn, and black beans. Add ranch seasoning mix, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.

Place block of cream cheese on top of mixture, cover.

Cook on low for 6-7 hours (check the chicken at about 4 hours).

Stir to blend in the cream cheese.

When it is done, the chicken should shred easily.

Notes

Serve plain, over rice, or with tortillas.
