Light as a Feather Rolls

3 packages rapid rise yeast
1 cup warm water (111°F)
2 cups milk
1 cube butter
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
7 cups flour
2½ cups sugar
4-5 tablespoons orange juice
4-5 tablespoons orange zest
½ cup sour cream
Instructions
Scald milk and butter. Add sugar and salt. Cool. Dissolve yeast in water, add to milk mixture, then add eggs and flour. Let rise until doubled. Divide dough, roll out, spread with melted butter, sprinkle sugar-orange mixture, roll up, slice, and bake at 305°F. Brush with glaze made of butter, sugar, orange juice, zest, and sour cream.
Notes
This recipe can also be used for cinnamon rolls.
