Dreamy Peach Pie

8 graham crackers
3 Tbsp vegetable oil spread, melted
6 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup cold milk
1 package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 package (6 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Crush graham crackers in a sealed plastic bag. Combine crumbs and sugar in a bowl. Stir in melted oil spread and mix well. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
In a bowl, whisk pudding with milk until it begins to thicken. Fold in whipped topping. Spread about one-third of the mixture onto the bottom of the crust. Layer with half of the peaches and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon. Repeat layers with remaining peaches and pudding mixture. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
