Cream Cheese Frosting - Pizza Pie Cafe

15 lbs butter blend
15 lbs cream cheese (5 cubes)
1/3 cup vanilla
96 ounces canned evaporated milk (8 cans)
75 cups powdered sugar (19 quarts)
2/3 cup lemon juice
Instructions
1. Add butter blend and cream cheese to bowl. Mix for 1 minute on speed 2, then for 8 minutes on speed 4, scraping every 2 minutes.
2. Add vanilla and evaporated milk and mix for 1 minute on speed 1 until incorporated.
3. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice. Mix for 1 minute on speed 1, then for 5 minutes on speed 3.
Notes
If needed, continue mixing on speed 3 until no lumps remain. Be careful not to overmix; it will separate.
