300g flathead fillets
plain flour
1 egg
⅛ t salt
Instructions
Cover base of frypan with oil.
Crack egg in to a bowl and add salt.
Beat egg until frothy.
Test heat of oil by adding a drop of egg.
Dip fish in flour and then egg.
Fry a few mins each side.
