Dough:
1 2/3 cup Flour
2/3 cup Water (sub for carrot juice to make it orange, sub for green juice to make it green, sub for beet juice to make it purple)
Chicken Filling:
1 cup chicken/beef/pork
1 tbsp fine chopped ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp oil
Veggie Filling:
2 cups fine chopped cabbage
1 cup fine chopped carrot
1 tbsp fine chopped ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp oil
Instructions
Mix the flour and liquid until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into a log and cut into 15-20g pieces
Boil a pot of water with a sprayed steamer basket.
Roll it with a rolling pin to make it circular
To form the dumplings: put end inside, roll outside in, repeat.
Put inside steamer and steam for 12-15 minutes
