1 tbsp Mascarpone
Instructions
Heat pan with butter, add cheese sauce flambé with Sambuca and add mascarpone, stirring until uniformly mixed. Add Lobster Ravioli pasta and stir for a minute. Garnish with parmesan cheese, chives and fried sage leaves.
