Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine (or butter)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten well
2 1/2 cups white flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
8-12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Cream sugars, margarine, and vanilla. Add eggs and beat again. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then combine with the wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 22-24 minutes.
