Crispy Chickpea and Roasted Harissa Cauliflower Tahini Salad

1 large cauliflower
1 tin of chickpeas
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp zaatar
harissa paste (enough to coat cauliflower)
olive oil
salt
pepper
5 garlic cloves
Tahini dressing:
1tbsp tahini
2tbsp yogurt or crème fraiche
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp zaatar
salt
pepper
Instructions
Roast washed, dried chickpea with olive oil, tsp paprika, 2 tsp zaatar at 200c for 20 mins
Roast cauliflower with harrisa paste, tsp paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper, 5 Smashed garkic cloves at 200c for 15 mins
Dressing is tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp yog/creme fraiche, tbsp lemon, tsbp honey, tsp zaatar salt and pepper
