Spinach Chicken Pasta Salad

Dressing:
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
3/4 cup oil
Salad:
1/4 cup candied almonds (sauté sliced almonds in butter and sugar)
Fresh spinach, washed
12 oz package egg noodles, cooked and chilled
4 breasts of chicken, cooked and cut to bite-size chunks
Instructions
Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside. Combine spinach, noodles, and chicken. Toss with dressing, splash a couple drops fire oil and top with candied almonds.
Notes
Use Mongolian fire oil for a spicy touch.
