Creamy Ranch Beef And Roasted Corn Rotini Skillet

12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups roasted sweet corn
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
1. Cook pasta. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat in stir in ranch seasoning.
3. Add butter, sour cream, heavy cream, and paprika to the skillet. Stir until smooth.
4. Fold in pasta, roasted, sweet corn, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
5. Serve, warm, garnished with extra cheese, if desired.
