Pumpkin Squares

Crust:
1 pkg yellow cake mix (minus one cup)
1 egg
1 square or 1/2 cup butter
Filling:
2 eggs
1 can or 15 oz fresh cooked pumpkin
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Topping:
1 cup yellow cake mix
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Press crust into greased 9 x 13 pan.
2. Mix filling and pour on crust. Sprinkle topping over filling.
3. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
4. Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
