Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

To make the chicken:
Flour mixture:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp garlic salt
, 1/2 tbsp paprika,
1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper,
1/2 tsp pepper
Egg mixture:
2 eggs,
1 cup buttermilk,
1 tbsp hot sauce
Plus ingredient for ranch sauce (in directions)
Instructions
Salt and pepper 2 thighs and refrigerate for 30 mins
Dredge your boneless thighs in your egg mixture, then your flour mixture and repeat once more.
Fry for 6 minutes (or until golden brown). Set aside to dry
Meanwhile make your Buffalo sauce. In a saucepan add 1/3 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup hot sauce.
Once done coat your chicken pieces in the Buffalo sauce
Homemade ranch:
mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup buttermilk or regular milk, 1 tsp dried dill weed, 1/2 tsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp dried chives,1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp finely cracked pepper, 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
