Tofu Teriyaki Teppanyaki Bowls

Ingrédients

3 blocks extra firm tofu

4 spring onions

6 cloves garlic

2 thumb pcs ginger

1 pack Baby Bella mushrooms

6 tbsp teriyaki

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp gochujaru

Rice

Edamame

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Press tofu and slice thinly

Fry in grapeseed oil until golden brown (or try baking)

Fry onions, ginger, garlic until fragrant

Add mushrooms until softened

Add tofu

Pour in sauce and let reduce

Serve with rice and edamame
