Ingrédients

900g X Blade Steak (diced 1cm cube)

1 Tin Chopped Italian Tomato

1 Medium Onion (diced)

3 Cloves Garlic (sliced)

1.5 cups stock

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 handful sultanas

2 Beef Goulash sachets from Maggi

3 cups of rice (dry and rinsed)

Instructions

Use pressure cooker

Brown cubed steak in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Cook onion and garlic in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Put all remaining ingredients together into the pressure cooker. Close the lid and use the Meat setting and cook for 50 minutes.

Once cooking time is finished and pressure is naturally released, add Beef Goulash sachets.

Cook rice

Cook greens
