Easy Chicken Salad

Spinach or Spring lettuce mix
Cooked chicken breast
Sliced almonds
Parmesan cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Light balsamic vinaigrette dressing (I like Newman's)
Instructions
Choose your portion of greens, cut or shred chicken (use half of the chicken breast and save the rest for the next day), add the rest of the toppings and use 1-2 Tbsp of dressing.

Very easy and yummy!
