Bechamel sauce
Instructions
Break up large veggie heads into individuals
Coat pan with margarine
Sprinkle breadcrumbs to uniformly cover
Fill water in pot and place veggies on steamer
Steam until a bit softened
Place veggies on pan
Pour bechamel on veggies
Sprinkle mozzarella
Bake at 360-385 F for 30-40 minutes until cheese is golden brown
