Mango Cake

Ingrédients

Dry Ingredients

2.5 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

½ cup sugar

Wet Ingredients

2 cups milk

½ cup condensed milk

½ cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ melted butter (1/2 stick)

2 teaspoon vinegar

½ cup mango puree (reduced)

Powdered sugar for topping

Fresh cut mango for topping

Instructions

Preheat oven at 350 F

Add all dry ingredients in medium bowl, and mix.

Add all wet ingredients in large bowl, and mix.

Combine dry ingredients into large bowl with wet ingredients, making batter.

Pour batter into pan, and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Let cool completely, top with powdered sugar and mango.
