Instructions
Combine 3 tablespoons salted butter and 1 finely grated garlic clove in a small saucepan over medium. Cook, stirring, until the garlic is just beginning to color, about 30 seconds. Off heat, add 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro, tarragon or basil, and a pinch of salt.
