Tomato-Basil Shrimp

Ingrédients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound (16 to 20 count) raw peeled and deveined shrimp

1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes with onions and garlic

¼ to ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, for topping

Shredded Parmesan cheese, for topping

Instructions

1. Cook the shrimp in a large skillet over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes turning halfway through

2. Add the tomatoes and red pepper flakes for 2 minutes

3. Finish with basil and Parmesan cheese
