Easy Calzones

Ingrédients

1 loaf of frozen bread dough defrosted (or 1 bread machine mix)

Your favorite veggies, frozen veggies work

Sliced pepperoni

Cooked Italian sausage

Romano cheese

Sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese

Spaghetti sauce

Instructions

Split dough in half and press out each half flat on a large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray and/or sprinkled with cornmeal. You can do both calzones on 1 pan. Pile in the center of each calzone: cheese, veggies, pepperoni, and meat. Making sure to leave room on the edges to seal closed. Fold dough up over filling and pinch the edges closed tightly, like a big turnover. Poke 2 small holes in the top of each calzone for a vent. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 min., or until golden brown on top. Serve with heated sauce on the side dipping.

Serve with heated sauce for dipping.
