Simple Sautéed Sesame Chicken

4 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons honey (Optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Gather all ingredients.
Cut chicken breasts into 1/4-inch thick slices; cut slices to 1 1/2 inches in length. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine flour, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss until well coated.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey; stir to coat.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté until golden brown and the juices run clear, 10 to 15 minutes.
