Crisco Pie Crust

2 cups flour
1 teas. Salt
3/4 cup Crisco shortening
5 Tbls. Ice Cold Water
Instructions
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in Crisco with pastry cutter till blended to form pea-size chunks. Sprinkle water, 1 Tbls. at a time. Toss lightly with a fork till dough forms a ball. Divide dough into 2 parts. On lightly floured surface, roll 1 crust 1/8 inch thick, into a circle 1 1/2 inches larger than inverted pie plate. Continue with instructions for whatever pie you are making. If you are making a single crust pie the other half of dough will freeze well.
