500 g Passata
2 Cloves Garlic

2 tsp Mango Chutney
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Curry Powder
700 g Chicken Thighs
750 g Puff Pastry
1 Egg

Instructions
Oven 180
Brown the chicken
Add a finely chopped onion, a sliced knob of ginger and sliced garlic cloves. Add garam masala, curry powder and cinnamon. Mix it all in.
Add mango chutney and mix it in. Add passata, stir it in and reduce the curry down. Once it is thick, plain yogurt. season
add to pie dish, top with puff pastry, baked for 30 mins. serve with veg and mash
