Chicken Balti Pie

Ingrédients

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 300 g Yoghurt

  • 500 g Passata

  • 2 Cloves Garlic

  • 15 gGinger

  • 1Onion

  • 2 tsp Mango Chutney

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • 2 tsp Curry Powder

  • 700 g Chicken Thighs

  • 750 g Puff Pastry

  • 1 Egg

  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Oven 180

  2. Brown the chicken

  3. Add a finely chopped onion, a sliced knob of ginger and sliced garlic cloves. Add garam masala, curry powder and cinnamon. Mix it all in.

  4. Add mango chutney and mix it in. Add passata, stir it in and reduce the curry down. Once it is thick, plain yogurt. season

  5. add to pie dish, top with puff pastry, baked for 30 mins. serve with veg and mash
